I was on the hunt for a specific travel system that seemed to be sold out everywhere, with no indication of it returning anytime soon. Then I stumbled upon SimplyBaby.co.uk, and they had the exact travel system I was after. Knowing it was like finding a needle in a haystack, I shot them an email before placing my order to get some details. To my surprise, I got a reply within an hour with helpful information about the travel system, including when it was expected to arrive and that they could deliver it before my baby was due. I made my order at the start of September, and the stock was supposed to come in on 13/10. Since my due date is 13/11, I thought I was in the clear. Unfortunately, the stock didn’t show up on 13/10 as planned because of staff shortages for a weekend event, but it was only pushed back a couple of days. The stock reached the supplier on 19/10 and then arrived at SimplyBaby on 27/10. I’ve been dealing with some complications during my pregnancy and will be having my baby sooner than expected, so I was really worried about getting this travel system on time. However, I can’t say enough good things about SimplyBaby. Mike was absolutely amazing—he kept me updated every day and offered alternatives in case of any further delays. As soon as the stock was in his hands, it was shipped out via DPD for next day delivery, and I got my entire order on 28/10. All in all, my experience with SimplyBaby has been a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy baby gear soon. Their customer service is outstanding, and the communication was top-notch. Huge thanks for everything!

The customer support was exceptional. They responded to my emails super fast. When I started to worry about a possible delay in delivery, Mike made sure to do all he could to get it to me quickly, and he pulled it off. The only downside is the Bugaboo Donkey 3 twin I picked. It ain't as compact or practical as I expected; it's a bit bulky for daily use. I should've prioritized practicality over style, like with the Mountain Buggy. This doesn’t reflect on Mike and his crew at all.

I’ve been having a real tough time trying to get the pram I was after, and after being let down by another retailer, I stumbled upon Simply Baby, who had the pram I needed in stock. With twins on the way, I was getting super anxious about when the pram would show up. I shot them an email to ask about delivery times, and to my surprise, I got a reply almost immediately, even though it was a Sunday! Mike offered me the chance to switch the color of the design, which meant I could get it faster than the one I initially wanted, and I was all for it. Now, I’ve got the pram of my dreams, and honestly, I like this design way better! It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’ll definitely be back to shop here again when I need something. Huge thanks once more! I’ll be spreading the word to everyone!

I would definitely give this shop a thumbs up. With the baby on the way and the Egg products held up at the port, Mike was able to find the stroller and other items from a different supplier. We received the delivery in just a few days, which took a load off my daughter's mind! The quick and personal service was really valued, so big thanks to Mike.

Incredible customer support. My wife and I mistakenly ordered the wrong stroller and car seat combo, which came with a mismatched car seat. After reaching out to customer service, Mike responded quickly and proposed to return the car seat while charging me for the price difference between what we ordered and what we actually wanted. He was not only professional but also super friendly, making the whole experience better than we anticipated. We honestly can't recommend this company enough.

The cost was really good compared to other sites, but the shipping took a few weeks, which they said was due to Covid and Brexit. Honestly, I didn’t catch the lengthy delivery estimate, but the item arrived on schedule. I'd definitely shop with them again.

I can't find anything wrong with the service I got from Simply Baby. I stumbled upon their site while searching for a particular travel system that was only up for pre-order right before my due date at local pram stores. I shot them an email to ask about availability and got a super quick reply from Mike. Just 6 days later, my travel system arrived, and it was packed just right. I had a great experience with Simply Baby and I’m definitely coming back for more. I purchased a grey axkid move carseat and took advantage of their dividebuy payment plan. It’s awesome since there’s no interest and no credit checks involved. The grey carseat was supposed to show up in September, but they reached out to inform me about the delay and offered a black one that could arrive quicker. I really appreciated their communication and the option they provided. Once I agreed, my daughter’s carseat was at my doorstep in just a few days. Simply Baby provided fantastic service. They had the lowest price around, and the next day delivery was lightning fast (even though they said it could take up to 14 days). Everything showed up in mint condition, and I even got a complimentary upgrade on the car seat to the Cloud Z plus to go with the Bugaboo grey melange. Customer service (shoutout to Mike) was super quick in addressing my questions. I can't recommend them enough! I’ll surely be back for more baby stuff.

Amazing customer support!

Finding a travel system during lockdown was a bit of a challenge, but once we did, the help we got from Simply Baby was top-notch. We placed our order, but my twins decided to make an early entrance. I reached out to Simply Baby, and while they were waiting for my order to show up, they kindly rearranged some stock so that the Bugaboo and car seats could be shipped out right away, arriving the very next day.

I had a bit of trouble assembling the basket and contacted Simply Baby again. They responded super fast with a clear guide that made it a breeze to put together.

Lastly, I was on the lookout for the adapters coming from Holland, and as soon as they got there, they were sent out without delay.
